Planning your session
Once you’re booked, we’ll start planning the details together! I can help you choose the perfect location, discuss outfits, styling, and any special ideas you have for your session. My goal is to make sure you feel prepared, confident, and excited before you ever step in front of my camera.
Session day
The day is finally here! Come as you are and let me handle the rest. I’ll guide you through posing and prompts while also giving you plenty of space to simply enjoy the moment. Whether we’re chasing little ones, celebrating a milestone, capturing your family, or creating branding content, I want your session to feel fun, relaxed and completely you.
Editing and gallery delivery
After your session, I carefully hand select and professionally edit your images to create a beautiful, cohesive gallery. Your finished images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your memories with ease. Galleries are completed within 2-4 weeks.
Downloading & prints
I believe every client should have the right to download and print as many of their pictures as they choose. With that, Alicia & Co. Photography does not provide prints at this time.
Preparing for your session
Sessions always feel best when you come as yourselves. Here are a few tips to help things feel relaxed and stress-free.
- Choose outfits that feel comfortable and true to you
- Focus on coordinating rather than matching outfits perfectly
- Give yourself extra time before the session so things feel relaxed
- Don’t stress if kids need breaks, we’ll follow their pace
- Feel free to bring snacks, comfort items, or favorite toys along
- Don’t worry about posing or perfection, I’ll guide you throughout the session
Questions & answers
How soon will I receive my photos?
Galleries are completed within 2-4 weeks. Your finished images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your memories with ease.
Do you offer prints?

I don't know how to pose. Is that okay?
Absolutely. You don't have to know how to pose! I'll guide you throughout your session with natural prompts and easy direction while still leaving plenty of room for genuine moments to happen.
Are sessions in the studio or on location?
Both. I offer studio and on-location sessions in Tucson, Arizona. Outdoor maternity sessions take place at a location of your choice, lifestyle newborn sessions can happen in your home, and hospital and event coverage comes to you.
When should I book a newborn session?
Studio newborn sessions are best scheduled within the first 2 weeks of baby's arrival but can be completed up to 4 weeks. Lifestyle newborn sessions can be completed within the first 6 weeks.
When are Fresh 48 photos taken?
Fresh 48 sessions are captured within the first 24-48 hours during the hospital stay.
What if my little one needs a break?
Don't stress if kids need breaks, we'll follow their pace. Feel free to bring snacks, comfort items, or favorite toys along.
Can you cover an event that needs more or less time than your packages?
Yes. Every event is unique, and custom coverage options are available for celebrations that need more or less than the listed packages.
