Preparing for your session
A little preparation can help make your little one’s session fun, relaxed, and stress-free.
- Bring your little one well-rested and ready to have fun
- Feed your child before the session so they’re happy and comfortable
- Bring their favorite snacks, comfort item, or toy
- Feel free to bring a pacifier or bottle for breaks
- Choose outfits that coordinate with your chosen colors or theme
- Avoid clothing that is difficult to remove after the cake smash
- If possible, let your little one try cake or frosting beforehand
- Don’t stress if your child needs to take breaks — we will follow their pace
- Expect a mess! That’s the fun part
- Most importantly, come ready to laugh, play and celebrate!
